As per the Civil Application [Stamp] No. 21008 of 2015 filed today, the appellants are seeking withdrawal of Second Appeal with liberty to file review application before the lower Appellate Court. Since the review before the lower Appellate Court from the judgment and decree of same Court is permissible as per the provisions of Order 47 of the Civil Procedure Code, I find no reason to keep the appeal pending. In view of this, Second Appeal stands disposed of.

In view of above, Civil Application Nos.803 of 2014, 2604 of 2013 does not survive. Hence, disposed of accordingly.
