The learned counsel for respondents submits that legal heirs of respondent No. 1/ 4 are already on record and they are respondent Nos. 1/1 to 1/3. In view of this statement, amendment is to be made accordingly.

In delay condonation applications, heard both the sides. In view of the contentions made in the applications and submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown by the Acquiring Body, appellant. Delay condonation applications are allowed. Delay is condoned.

Submission was made by the learned counsel for the

The learned counsel for Acquiring Body submitted that the connected appeals are admitted. He is heard for admission purpose. Both the appeals filed by the Acquiring Body are admitted.
