Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel submits that respondent nos. 1 and 2 have granted time to the petitioner to produce the validity certificate latest by 27th June, 2018. Learned counsel submits that, the father of the petitioner has been issued with the validity certificate. The real uncle of the petitioner is also issued with the validity certificate.

The learned A.G.P. states that on 29th January, 2018, the

2 wp 5723.18 committee has referred the matter to the vigilance. 3.

The committee shall consider the exigency existing in the matter.

The committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner latest by 26th June, 2018. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 20th June, 2018.

Needless to state, the committee shall consider the validity certificates issued and relied by the petitioner. 6.

Learned A.G.P. shall communicate this order to the committee.

7.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
