This Application is filed by original Respondent in Appeal who was then minor. Since she was minor, the amount came to her share was not permitted to be withdrawn.

It is the contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that now the Applicant being major, she has filed this Application for withdrawal of 50% amount which came to her share. He has placed reliance on orders passed by this Court dated. 22.02.2013 and 21.08.2018, by which, the mother and siblings of the Applicant were permitted to withdraw 50% amount.

In view of the order passed in favour of mother and siblings of the Applicant, Applicant stands partly allowed. Applicant is permitted to withdraw sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- along with interest accrued therein on usual undertaking.
