This Civil Application is moved for continuation of interim relief, which was in operation from 14.12.1999 and which came to be vacated by order dated 21.01.2025. In the order, this Court has recorded lapses on the part of the petitioner in working out the matter and by speaking order vacated the interim order. Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the petitioner could not approach the Advocate, therefore, the petition could not be argued. Learned Advocate for the applicant/petitioner, thus, prays for restoration of interim relief. She further submits that respondent is pressing hard for execution proceeding.

Learned Advocate for the respondent opposes the application. He submits that this Court has passed speaking order while vacating the interim relief. This Court also finds that in para No.5 of the order this Court has specifically made it clear that no interim relief will be restored and the petition is to be argued for final disposal.

This Court thus finds that no interim relief needs to be restored and instead it would be proper to take up the petition itself for final disposal.

Place the writ petition for final disposal on 25.09.2025. 05.
