The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime no. 8 of 2016 registered at Bhokar Police Station, Tq. Bhokar, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under section 304(B), 498-A. 306 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The alleged incident took place on 6/1/2016 for which FIR came to be lodged on January 8, 2016 by the father of the deceased - Mangala, who was

Mangala committed suicide by jumping in a well which was preceded by an altercation between the present applicant and his wife Mangala in the matter of execution of certain work in the field. 5.

Perused the investigation papers. Witness to the incident namely, Surekha - wife of Balaji, the real brother of the applicant, has stated that the present applicant had slapped deceased Mangala in the afternoon in the matter of execution of certain work in the field.

In my opinion, the same cannot be a reason for further detention of the applicant, once the investigation in the matter is already over and the chargesheet is filed.

In view thereof, the following order:- 7.

The applicant be released on bail in Crime no. 8 of 2016 registered with Bhokar Police Station,

3 Cri. Appln. 2703-2016 Tq. Bhokar, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under section 304(B), 498-A. 306 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
