DATE :- 22nd June, 2018 Per Court:
By these eight Civil Applications, the Applicant prays for leave to deposit the rent amounts in this Court.
The learned Advocate for the Non Applicants strenuously opposed the request contending that the default committed by the Applicant cannot be condoned by depositing these amounts now in this Court. It is prayed that the Civil Applications be dismissed with heavy costs.
Considering the above and for the reasons stated in the Civil Applications, the same are allowed to the extent of permitting the
*2* 903ca13433o12 Applicant to deposit the amounts mentioned in prayer clauses "B" of the respective Civil Applications, in this Court. Needless to state, the depositing of such amounts would be without prejudice to the rights of the Respondents/ Non Applicants and would not be a ground to defeat any contention of the Non Applicants. kps (RAVINDRA V.
