The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ of mandamus to the Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, to transfer him at the place of his wife, who is presently working at Aurangabad. The petitioner is working at Parsoda in Vaijapur Taluka, District Aurangabad from 2008 and he is requesting for transfer for the last 09 years.

Since the petitioner now informs us that his representation dated 30.05.2022 may be considered on sympathetic grounds by the Zilla Parishad in the light of the

*2* 965wp6262o22 Government Resolution dated 15.05.2014 catering to couple convenience, that he is agreeable for the disposal of this writ petition with the direction to decide the representation within a period of two months.

In view of the above, since an innocuous prayer is put forth, we are not issuing notice to the Zilla Parishad. This Writ Petition is disposed off.

We expect respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2022 in the light of the Government Resolution dated 15.05.2014 and on sympathetic grounds, preferably on or before 25.08.2022.

The petitioner shall serve a copy of this order on the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, expeditiously.
