Parties have relied upon the guidelines / circular (Page No. 130) dated 20.09.2019. Clause 6 of the same reads thus- "६. बसस्थानकाचा वविकास रा. प. चया वनिधीतून करणयात येत असलयास अशा विेळी वविकसनाचे काम पूर होईपयरत विाणरिय आस्थापना िधारकांना बसस्थानकाविर पयारयी जागा उपलब्िध असलयास ती पुरवविरे बाबत वि वविकसनाचे काम पूर झालयानंतर आस्थापना िधारकांना तयास तयांचे परविाना कालबावििधी समाप होईपयरत सामाविून घेणयास संचालबक मंडळाने मंजुरी वदलबी." 2.

It is submitted by Mr. Dhongade, learned counsel for the respondent that the steps would be taken as per Clause 6 reproduced supra.

In light of the above, the respondent shall take steps as per Clause 6 reproduced above. The steps shall be taken expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months.
