Heard learned AGP for the petitioners and Mr. Sapkal, learned counsel for the respondent.

Mr. Sapkal, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the similarly situated persons, who were terminated as Krushi Sevak, had approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal by filing Original Application. One such original application was filed by one Meena Madhukar Ghayal. The same was dismissed. 3.
Writ petition was filed before this Court bearing Writ Petition No. 5001 of 2013. This Court, considering the earlier judgment passed, and confirmed by the Apex Court, allowed the writ petition, vide order dated 13th November, 2013.
The learned counsel submits that the respondent, being similarly situated, 1/2
971.odt the present petition deserves to be dismissed. 4.
Mrs. Deshpande, the learned AGP, on going through the judgment in Writ Petition No. 5001/2013 dated 13th November, 2013, affirms that the respondent is similarly situated.

For the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 13th November, 2013, in Writ Petition No.5001 of 2013, present writ petition stands dismissed. Rule discharged. No costs.

In view of the above, the judgment of the Tribunal stands confirmed the present petitioners are bound by the said judgment. Necessary steps be taken pursuant thereto.
