The petitioner has put forth prayer clause (A), which reads as under :- "A) Issue Writ of Mandamus and/or other appropriate Writ or Order thereby direct the Respondent - Scrutiny Committee, Kinwat to expeditiously decide Tribe Claim of the petitioner within stipulated period.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner, specifically submits that, the constitution of the Kinwat Committee at Aurangabad, is not challenged in this matter.

The learned A.G.P. representing the Committee, submits on instructions that, the matter is ready for hearing. The Vigilance Enquiry Report has already been served upon the petitioner. The petitioner has also filed his written reply to the said report. If he appear before the Committee on a particular date, the matter could be heard and could be decided within four weeks, after the conclusion of the hearing.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner would appear before the Committee on 29/09/2022, at 12.00 noon.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with the following directions :- (a) The petitioner would appear before the Committee on 29/09/2022, at 12.00 noon. The hearing in the said proceedings, would be concluded by 30/09/2022. (b) The Committee would, thereafter, pass an order on the proposal of the petitioner, on or before 04/11/2022. (ARUN R.
