Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 15-05-2014 passed by Deputy Registrar, Co-Operative Societies, Aurangabad annexed to the petition as Exhibit "O" (at Page No. 42) is a non-speaking order and has been passed without letting an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. According to learned counsel, order impugned is not in interest of the parties in the matter. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader has not been able to counter aforesaid submissions.

In the circumstances, I deem it expedient that in order to let opportunity hearing to the parties concerned and to re-consider the matter, impugned order dated 15-05-2014 is required to be set aside.

Accordingly, impugned order dated 15-05-2014 passed by Deputy Registrar, Co-Operative Societies, Aurangabad stands set aside. The matter is remanded to Deputy Registrar Co-operative societies, Aurangabad. The Deputy Registrar to re-consider the matter/application by letting an opportunity to the parties concerned and pass appropriate order as expeditiously as possible.
6. Writ Petition, as such, stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
