For the reasons stated in both the Criminal applications, the same are allowed.

Applicant - Sanjaykumar Kantappa Khashampure in

2 Cr. Appln. 2968/2015+ Criminal Application no. 2968 of 2015 be released on bail upon his fresh execution of P.R. bond in the amount of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

Criminal Application no. 2969 of 2015 is hereby allowed and warrant is recalled on the condition that the applicant - Ambarish S/o Shivraj Parmar deposits an amount of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five Hundred) as penalty in this Court.

Criminal Appeal No. 55 of 2003 be fixed for final hearing on 29/06/2015.
