All these petitioners are identically placed. They are equipped with Revenue Recovery Certificates (RRCs), in connection with their claims for gratuity/unpaid wages having being concluded by the controlling authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and the khs/Sept.2022/6995

- 2 - Industrial Court, Aurangabad. Even earlier, this Court has delivered an order dated 20.08.2021, in a large group of matters, (Writ Petition No.3036 of 2020 and group of petitions), Auchitrao Bhika Gorade Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off, with a direction to respondent No.2 to initiate necessary steps for the recovery of the amounts set out in the RRCs along with interest, by following the due procedure laid down in the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.
