The petitioner prays for leave to delete the unserved respondent No.7 and also delete prayer clause "C". Such deletion is permitted at the risk of the petitioner and deletion be carried out forthwith. 2.
We have considered the submissions of the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP.

None present for respondent Nos. 6 and 8 to 11. 4.
An innocuous prayer is putforth by the petitioner that the respondent No.4 Tahsildar Nevasa be directed to decide the pending proceedings of the petitioner fled under Section 155 of MLR Code,
916 wp 973-21.odt 1966 on 25th July, 2018, number of the proceeding is not mentioned in the petition.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :
A) Respondent No.4 Tahsildar, Newasa shall decide the pending proceedings fled by the petitioner on 25/07/2018, as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 30/09/2022.
B) Fresh notice shall be issued to all the parties and after granting reasonable opportunities of hearing, respondent No.4 would pass a reasoned order.
