947-wp-5801-19 gr..odt instructions, that during the pendency of these petitions, the Collector, Dhule has taken a decision by virtue of which an alternate statutory remedy is available to the petitioners. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw these petitions so as to pursue the alternate remedy.

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law.
