1) Civil Application Nos.8157/2015, 8582/2015 and 8574/2015 are filed for condonation of delay caused in filing appeals. Heard both sides. In view of the

2 CA 8157/2015 group contentions made in the applications and the submissions made this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. In the result, the applications for delay condonation are allowed. Delay is condoned.

2) Learned counsel for the acquiring body has produced copy of order made in First Appeal No.687 of 2015 with connected matters dated 3-12-2015. It appears that the appeals of the original claimants are admitted. In view of these circumstances, present appeals are admitted. Notice after admission. Notice is waived by learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents. Notice to other respondents made returnable on 15th June 2016. Call record and proceeding.

3) Statement is made that the entire amount of compensation is already deposited. In view of this, Civil Application Nos.8158/2015, 8575/2015 and 8583/2015 filed for stay are allowed and disposed of.
