The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as permanent Headmaster is forwarded by the management (Page No. 22), however decision has not been taken on it as yet.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Headmaster is forwarded by the management (Page No. 22) and if the same is pending, then the Education Officer shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
