Applicant Ramabai has filed two applications simultaneously before this Court by engaging two different Advocates seeking regular bail in the same crime by suppressing filing of each of the application. Apart from above, it is brought to my notice by learned A.P.P. that Ramabai has already approached learned Sessions Judge seeking bail in the same crime after present applications are filed before this Court. 2.

Present application stands rejected, as the applicant has not approached this Court with clean hands.
