The applicants by this application filed on 12/06/2018, seek to challenge an ex-parte ad-interim order dated 09/08/2017, by which, ad-interim ex-parte temporary injunction is granted. 2.

I do not find that the Writ jurisdiction of this Court could be exercised in a matter wherein an ex-parte order is sought to be challenged. The applicants are at liberty to contest the application Exhibit 5 in Waqf Suit No. 108/2017.

This Application is, therefore, disposed of.
