Heard Mr. Godbole, the learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. Barlinge for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Mr. Salunke, learned counsel for respondent No.5.

Letters Patent Appeals are filed against the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge. Learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the respondents state that considering the nature of the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge, the writ petitions bearing Nos. 7449/2009 and 5507/2012 may be directed to be disposed of earlier.

Considering the fact that interim relief is in force since the year, 2011 and there are no orders passed in the LPAs, it would be appropriate, if the writ petitions itself are decided so that right of the parties would be conclusively decided.

Learned Single Judge, where writ petitions bearing Nos. 7449/2009 and 5507/2012 are pending, is requested to dispose of the writ 1/2

petitions expeditiously.

Both parties agree that they would cooperate in expeditious disposal of the writ petitions. The parties may move before learned Single Judge for expeditious disposal of the matter. 6.

In the light of above, Letters Patent Appeals and Civil Applications are disposed of. No costs.
