After arguing for some time and when we expressed that this petition is too premature, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition at this stage with liberty to approach this Court again, in case the chargesheet is fled against petitioners for similar relief. 2.

Permission is granted. With such liberty petition is allowed to be withdrawn. If any such application or petition is fled for similar relief after fling of the charge-sheet, it shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law. It is expected that the Investigating agency carries out the investigation impartially, fairly and diligently taking into account the explanation, if any, which is available with the petitioners.
