ORDER :

By an order dated 17.03.2021, this Court had directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 40,000/- in this Court towards the arrears of maintenance, which amount has been deposited. A further direction was issued, directing the petitioner to continue to pay Rs.3000/-, to the respondent No. 4 towards monthly maintenance. 2.

The Civil Application seeks to withdraw the amounts deposited in the Court. The learned Counsel for the petitioner, has no objection to withdraw the amount. Since the amount has been deposited for the maintenance of respondent No.4, who is the mother of the petitioner, the civil application stands allowed. Respondent No.4 is permitted to withdraw the amounts deposited in this Court by the petitioner in pursuance to the order dated 17.03.2021.
