Learned A.G.P. tenders across the bar a government decision dated 07.03.2024 together with annexures containing a list of teachers, whose claims for absorption have been considered. The petitioner has been directed to be absorbed in a college at Omerga, District Dharashiv. Copy of the communication addressed to its Principal by the Deputy Director of Education, Latur Region, dated 14.03.2024 is also annexed as also the letter of joining purportedly addressed by the petitioner to the Headmaster bearing the latter's endorsement allowing him to join. 2.

In view of above, nothing survives.
