By the present application, the applicant seeks suspension of substantive sentence and his release on bail. 3.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the applicant shall deposit Rs. 1,00,000/- before this Court, within period of two weeks from the date of his release. 4.

In view of above, the applicant be admitted on temporary bail on the same terms, as were imposed by the learned Court below while releasing him on bail.

The substantive sentence imposed on the applicant shall stand suspended.

If the amount is not deposited before this Court within time stipulated, the bail granted by this Court will be cancelled. Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms. Post Criminal Revision Application No. 124 of 2016 for further consideration on 21st July, 2016.
