It was a group of five appeals. Present two appeals are from the said group. The other three appeals (First Appeal nos.1460 of 2018 to 1462 of 2018) have been dismissed by this Court vide judgment and order dated 08.04.2021. Inadvertently,

FAs.1463 and 1464 present two appeals had not been tagged by the office along with those three decided appeals. Had these two appeals been tagged with the other three appeals, this Court could have decided them with the same order dated 08.04.2021. 3.

Learned counsel for the parties to both these appeals agree to have order similar to one passed on 08.04.2021 in other three appeals.

Hence, for the reasons given in the judgment dated 08.04.2021 in other three appeals, present two appeals stand dismissed.

The claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount in deposit with this Court along with the interest accrued thereon.
