For the reasons set out, the Civil Application is allowed.

List both the Writ Petitions (WP Nos.4622/2011 and 4875/2012), for final hearing on 05.10.2023. (b) Civil Application Nos.12246/2013 and 12384/2013:- 3.
In both these Writ Petitions, identically placed Petitioners seek amendment to the petitions in terms of the proposed amendment annexed to these Civil Applications. 4.
We have considered the submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective. We have perused the proposed amendment. It is in relation to the cause of action raised by the Petitioners before us pertaining to their termination from service. This Court refused interim relief to the Petitioners vide order dated 14.02.2014. Some of the Petitioners had approached the Honourable Supreme Court in the Petitions for Special Leave to Appeal No.24568 and 14501 of 2015. By order dated 17.08.2015, the Special Leave Petitions were dismissed. 5.
In view of the above, both the Civil Applications are
*3* allowed. Leave to amend is granted in terms of the proposed amendment. Amendment be carried out within two weeks. Freshly typed amended copies of the memos of the petitions shall be placed on record.
