1] This petition can be disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 - scrutiny committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal in respect of the petitioner pending with the committee as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed. The respondent nos.2 & 3 are directed to

WP 5542/16 - 2 - permit the petitioner to prosecute further studies subject to outcome of decision in respect of tribe certificate verification claim pending with the scrutiny committee. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate with the scrutiny committee in expeditious disposal of the tribe verification claim.

2] With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of.
