Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation before the Commissioner against the transfer, however, the same is not decided.

Learned AGP submits that the Commissioner would take decision upon the same on its own merits.

In case, the representation of the petitioner (Exhibit - "F") is pending before the Commissioner, the Commissioner shall take decision on its own merits preferably within a period of three months from today.
