All these petitioners have preferred representations to the Chief Executive Officer to consider their request for change of posting in the light of the circular dated 28-06-2018. These representations are from Page Nos. 24 to 31 filed by each of them. Most of them are filed in between 01-06-2022 to 08-06-2022, one is dated 14-06-2018 and one is dated 27-08-2019.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Zilla Parishad submits that if these representations are not yet decided, same would be decided on or before 21-07-2022. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent No.3 to consider the representations of these petitioners, on or before 21-07-2022 in the light of the circular dated 28-06-2018.
