Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No. 0215 of 2024 registered with Kalamnuri police station, District-Hingoli for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 324, 447, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the papers. It is not disputed that the alleged weapon used in the crime has been recovered from the applicants. Material investigation has been completed. The offence is triable by the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class. The applicants are languished in the jail since 4th May and 5th May 2024, respectively. There are no antecedents to the discredit of the applicants. Considering the nature of the offence and material progress in the investigation, no purpose would be served by keeping the applicants behind bars. 10.

For the above reasons, the following order is passed: following order :

O R D E R

(I) Bail Application is allowed.

(II) Applicant No.1 - Kisan S/o Sambhaji Ingale and Applicant No.2 - Sanjay @ Sanjit S/o Kisan Ingale be released

on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in the above crime, on the condition that:- (a) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station, as and when called by the investigating officer on written notice, for further investigation till the charge-sheet is filed.
