It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that, the petitioner has filed the validation proceeding on 30-06-2021. The petitioner now seeks directions against the Committee to decide the proceeding immediately. 2.

We deprecate the lethargy on the part of the petitioner in filing the validation proceeding so late. The petitioner in the 11th Std., was aware of his intentions to appear for competitive professional examinations and yet did not file the validation Gajanan

.. 2 .. 7273.2021WP. proceeding. Now, at the eleventh hour, has approached this Court seeking directions against the Committee. In such a case, we cannot issue a positive direction to the Committee.

Considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, the Scrutiny Committee, if it is possible for it, may endeavour to decide the proceeding by end of August - 2021.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
