This is the second occasion, the applicants are praying for restoration. At the first instance, writ petition was filed after lapse of considerable period. It was dismissed for non removal of office objections. The said writ petition was restored and undertaking is given by the applicants that for the delayed period the applicants/petitioners would waive statutory benefits from the date of award, still the objections were not removed. The writ petition was again dismissed for
2 15-CA 7671-2021.odt non removal of objections. Again present application is filed for restoration. The undertaking given earlier for waiver of statutory benefits shall continue to be effective.

For the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B) on condition that the objections are removed within a period of two (02) weeks from today. 3.
Civil application is disposed of.
