Learned advocate for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail of the appellate remedy, however, seeks interim protection as it is a matter of transfer allegedly contrary to the policy, in inaccessible area.

It is being submitted that the petitioner is likely to be relieved on 13.06.2023, he may be protected.

Learned advocate for respondent-Zilla Parishad strongly opposes grant of any interim protection. 4.

Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, however, he shall not be relieved for a period of one week, if has not been already relieved.
