Heard learned counsel for appearing parties.

Learned counsel for respondent-Acquiring Body submits that amount of compensation pursuant to the award has already been deposited in this Court. The respondent-Acquiring Body does not intend to agitate the validity and propriety of the judgment and order passed by this Court in the First Appeals No. 1139 and 1140 of 2008. Therefore, the Acquiring Body has no objection to allow the applicantsoriginal claimants to withdraw the decreetal amount deposited in this Court.

In view of aforesaid submissions, the applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The applicants-original claimants are permitted to withdraw the entire decreetal amount deposited in this court with accrued interest thereon forthwith. 4.
The civil applications are disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
