2. In view of the contents of the application and submissions made, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Permission is granted to bring the said legal heirs on record. Amendment is to be carried out immediately. After carrying amendment, notice in the appeal is to be issued to those legal heirs. That notice is made returnable on 9.10.2015.
