It appears that the reference court has enhanced the compensation for the trees at exorbitant rate. Thus, considering the entire aspect of the case, the applicants/original claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
