The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No. I-51/2016, registered at Police Station, Jamkhed, District Ahmednagar, for an offence punishable under Section 306, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant's brother Vaijinath committed suicide on the ground that Vaijinath's wife was having illicit relations with complainant's cousin brother Ashok and the same has caused disturbance in his family.

There is a delay of about five days in lodging the FIR. Apart from above, there is hardly any material on record to infer that the applicants' custodial interrogation is necessary. Hence, the applicants deserve to be granted pre-arrest bail in connection with the crime in question.

Hence, the Application is allowed and the ad interim protection granted to the applicants vide order dated 17th May 2016 is confirmed. The

(3) Cri. Appln. No. 2727 of 2016 condition imposed upon the applicants to attend the Police Station on every Friday is relaxed and henceforth, the applicants are directed to attend the Police Station as and when reasonably called by the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation.

The Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
