The petitioner is a widow, whose husband was in employment with the respondent Nos. 5 and 6. He died on 17.06.2016 after completion of 17 years of service. After his death, the petitioner persuaded the respondents seeking retiral benefits. As there was no positive response, present petition is filed. With the leave of the Court the petition was amended also. By way of amendment a direction is solicited for granting retiral benefits in view of the Government Resolution dated 14.06.2023. By way of amendment the representation made by the petitioner which was not part of original petition is also incorporated. 2.

It reveals that the petitioner submitted representation on

2 wp 5867.18 09.10.2023 to the respondent - management and other authorities.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 and the learned A. G. P. are agreeable that the representation dated 09.10.2023 can be directed to be considered by the respondents - management for forwarding it to the respondent No. 4 - Education Officer.

In view of above circumstances, the ends of justice would be met by directing the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 - management to consider representation dated 09.10.2023 and forward the same to the respondent No. 4 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad.

Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos. 5 and 6 to consider representation dated 09.10.2023 and forward the same to the respondent No. 4 - Education Officer within four (04) weeks from today. The respondent No. 4 - Education Officer shall consider the representation as expeditiously as possible and take the requisite steps.
