PER COURT :

1) This Civil application is moved for condonation of delay of 77 days, which has occasioned in filing the present appeal.

2) The learned counsel appearing for the claimants has opposed for condoning the delay, stating that the reasons set out are insufficient.

3) Having gone through the contents of the

application, I find that the delay has been sufficiently explained. Hence, I am inclined to allow the application for condonation of delay. Hence, following order, -

ORDER

a) The application for condonation of delay is allowed;

b) The delay occasioned in filing the appeal is condoned.

c) The appeal be registered in accordance with law.
