We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has given representation seeking family pension but the same is not yet decided. Learned AGP submits that considering the age of the petitioner, the representation will be decided expeditiously.

3. In the light of above, the respondent authority shall decide the representation(page 92-93 to the petition) expeditiously, preferably within one month. 4.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
