CORAM : SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.
DATE : 19.12.2022 PER COURT :
Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants claimants to these applications are seeking condonation of delay of 805 days which appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is also circulation delay.
2.
The respondent No.2 -Acquiring Body though served, but remained absent.
3.
However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 805 days in all these applications stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and also for the delay in circulating the matter belatedly.
4.
The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
5.
The applications are disposed of.
