Heard learned counsel for the applicants. Perused the applications.

Present applications are filed on behalf of the applicants for seeking permission to withdraw the amount of interest deposited on behalf of acquiring body. In such circumstances, instead of hearing all the applications for withdrawal of such petty amounts, it would justifiable to decide the proceedings of appeals on merits expeditiously.

All the appeals are pending since year 2010.

Therefore, with the consent of both the parties, all the appeals be listed on 19th July, 2018 for final hearing.

In view of above, all applications stand disposed of.
