Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant volunteers that the applicant shall deposit the amount of compensation of Rs. 45,000/- before this Court, within period of two weeks from today. 2.

In view thereof, the substantive susentence imposed on applicant vide judgment and order dated 21st March, 2016, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar in Criminal Appeal No. 82 of 2008, is hereby suspended.

Applicant be admitted on bail on the same terms as were imposed by the learned Court below.
