We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.P. for the respondents.

The petitioners are appointed in the year

2 wp 7866.18+ 2004. Admittedly, the schools where the petitioners are appointed are brought on 100% grand in aid after 01.11.2005. The petitioners are seeking benefit of the old pension scheme in view of the judgment of the full bench of this Court dated 30.04.2019 in Writ Petition No. 8387 of 2013. The petitioners would not be entitled for the benefits of the old pension scheme but would be governed by DCPS.

Naturally, the petitioners would be entitled to the benefits of the DCPS scheme.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
