1) Civil Application No. 2664/2016 is filed for permission to bring legal representatives of Pandurang, one of the claimants, on the record in the appeal which was filed by Pandurang and two others. Heard learned counsel for both the sides.

2) In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Abatement in respect of Pandurang is set aside. Permission is given to bring legal

representatives of Pandurang on record of the appeal. Amendment to be carried out immediately.

3) Civil Application No. 8875/2015 is filed by the acquiring body for condonation of delay of 56 days caused. It is submitted by learned counsel Shri. Tripathi that he has filed appearance for all the respondents including proposed legal representatives of Pandurang. Already legal representatives of Pandurang are brought on record of First Appeal No.989/2015. In view of the contentions made in the application and the submissions made C.A. No.8875 of 2015 is allowed. Delay is condoned. 4) All the appeals are admitted. Notice after it is waived by learned counsel Shri. Tripathi for all the claimants.

5) Statement was made that entire amount of compensation is deposited. In view of this, stay application is allowed and disposed of.
