It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for respondent no. 2 that the petitioners herein have submitted applications before the Education Officer that they will be withdrawing their resepective writ petitions. On that statement, the deduction was reduced from Rs.10,000 to Rs.4,000/-. In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the petitioners before the Education Officer, we are not inclined to pass a similar order which is passed by us today in WP No. 5670 of 2014. 2.
In view of the fact that the petitioners have submitted application before the Education Officer making statement to withdraw the petition, we dismiss the writ petitions.

In view of the above, all pending Civil Applications in these proceedings also stand disposed of.
