The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime no.73 of 2016 registered at Jawahar Nagar Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under section 307, 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

In the FIR, specific role is attributed to each of the applicants, however, in the statement of the complainant recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, he has absolved all the applicants.

Having regard to the statement under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and its evidential value, in my view, it will be appropriate to release all the applicants on bail. 5.

In the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime no.73 of 2016 registered with Jawahar Nagar Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under section 307, 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, they be released on bail, upon their executing P.R. bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station, as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
