Mr.Natu, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicants/ Appellants, points out that this Court by it's oral judgment dated 07.01.2014 has condoned the delay caused in lodging of the Second Appeal which is evident from the concluding sentence of paragraph 2 at page 4 of the said judgment. The Second Appeal has also been allowed by the said oral judgment. He, therefore, submits that these Civil Applications do not survive.
