It is brought to my notice that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has granted ad-interim protection in favour of other co-accused, whose pre-arrest bail was rejected by this Court. The said co-accused are not restrained from entering the jurisdiction of City Police Station, Shrirampur. 3.

In view thereof, condition No. (ii) of paragraph No. 8 of the order dated 6th January, 2016, passed by this Court, in Criminal Application No. 6352 of 2015, is relaxed.

The applicant is permitted to enter the jurisdiction of City Police Station, Shrirampur.
